The paint scheme will be like Johnny Bravo's typical dress, the lower fin area will be black with blue just above that for the pants. The next part will be black for his shirt. Then tan for the face and yes he will have dark shades and the nose code will be yellow for his blond hair. I think I might do tan arms on the side as well.
