I will be making all the parts for this rocket including the nose cones, body tubes etc. As these parts are built, I will post pictures and procedures on how I build them. Here are the 38mm tubes and nose cone material that I made. The nose cone is two 2x4 pieces of wood glued together and then cut down on a table saw. I then chucked them up in the lathe to cut them down. The parts are starting to come together.
