I will be making all the parts for this rocket including the nose cones, body tubes etc. As these parts are built, I will post pictures and procedures on how I build them. Here are the fins and tubes for the 58mm rocket (both still in process). I also glued two 2x4 pieces of wood together and cut them down on a table saw. Here are the piece in the lathe ready to be turn into a wood dowel and shaped into a 58mm nose cone.
I have most of the parts ready. I just need to make some coupler tubes and bulkheads. The nose cone mold is in process.
