Most parts for Sponge Bob will be custom made by me. For the body tubes, I will be using Sono tube from The Home Depot. The middle 8 inch nominal size ends up being about 8.5 inch OD and has an ID of 8.406 inches. With that, I will have to make my own nose cone, tube couplers and the fins will be made out of 1/2 inch plywood. The entire project will be glassed. The body tubes will be glassed using a fiberglass sock. Here are the major parts that I made for this rocket.
