These are documents I have found on the web that have helped me to further my knowledge in building rockets and motors. The NASA reposts are older documents from the 60's, 70's and 80's but a lot of the information is the same today. There have been many advancements since then but the principles, ideas and basic understanding of what is reflected in these documents are still the same ones used today.
These are NASA Documents that have been released and are available on the NASA (Marshall Technical reports servers) archive servers. The 8000 series documents have been released to public. These documents have some great information. They can help you to understand theories and concepts about rockets and rocket motors from solid and liquid motors to structural analysis.
